The first step in the removal process is to determine on which of MAPS' lists your IP appears. Please use this simple lookup form to identify the list(s). If an IP address is on any of our lists, the form will tell you which list the IP address is on and where to find further information. If the form cannot find the IP address, then it is not in any MAPS list. If a bounced message you are receiving mentions MAPS RBL+, please determine which of actual list(s) (RBL, DUL, RSS or OPS) your IP address is in before you ask us for help. If you already know the list(s) your IP address appears on, you may go directly to the removal process for that list. If your IP address is on more than one list, you will need to send a removal request for each list, beginning with the MAPS RBL (if listed). Be sure to use the correct contact information and process to request removal from a list. Sending your request to the inappropriate contact will cause a delay, and possible inaction, on processing your request.
